     Boo Boy was the first kitten we have kept for ourselves.  I made up lots of reasons to keep him -- I had always wanted a blue-eyed boy; this one could only hear in one ear, the demand for kittens was down -- but the truth is that he stole our hearts the first moment he was born, and we just couldn't let him go!

          He was that "monster kid" you always hear about:   the toilet paper terrorist, the one who shares his trash-can-dive treasures with you, the one who comes running when he hears the water faucet flowing so he can play with the water stream, the one who attacks every string he sees, no matter where it is located (as in waistline drawstrings!!), the one who licks your eyelids to wake you up in the morning, the one who forces you to put child-proof restraints on the cabinet doors because he wants inside, the one who pushes the water bowl around so he can watch it jiggle -- get the picture?

           Yet, there was never  a more gentle boy when he feared he might hurt you.  He was the kitten that the other kitties loved because he would lick and hold them down with a loving paw.  He was the one who still tried to nurse his momma, even though he was fully grown!  He was Skadi's Mini-Me, only in male kitten form, and we adored him!!
